Moe Moe is the wild party girl - who’s appearance looks childlike - but once one catches the look in her eyes they’l c tht there’s a darker perhaps more mysterious streak to ths little harajuku character. She is malevolent n cheeky. But she gets away with evrythn becuz of her innocent demeanor :D MooOoohahahaaa :P
